I’ve always been your classic Type-A perfectionist — the kind who thrived on structure, checklists, and having everything under control. But motherhood? It cracked all of that wide open.
Just a few weeks postpartum with my first baby, I found myself unraveling. I was constantly comparing my journey to other moms, obsessing over every milestone, and dreading each nursing session through tears because it just wasn’t working. And the hardest part? No one around me truly understood what I was going through. I felt completely alone.
I scrambled to find support — a good counselor, words to explain my pain to my husband, anything to help me feel like myself again. But most of the resources I needed simply didn’t exist back then.
Nearly eight years (and two babies) later, I created this toolkit to be exactly what I wish I had. As a postpartum doula and a mom who’s been deep in it, I’ve carefully curated these resources to help you feel seen, understood, and supported.
This is your starting point — to begin healing, reconnect with yourself, and grow into the mother you’ve always wanted to be. You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
