Who is this for?
✨ You are currently pregnant and understand the importance of postpartum care and planning
✨You are having your first baby and feel clueless but want expert support in learning how to care for your new baby
✨You’ve experienced anxiety or depression during pregnancy or postpartum before and want to prioritize your mental well-being
✨You value sleep and proper nutrition to support your healing after birth
✨You have multiple children at home and know you will need extra support for yourself and your older children
Who is this NOT for?
❌ You’re no longer pregnant and are looking for just hourly care (see my Add-On Services below)
❌ You DON’T believe in asking for help and want to be the only person to care for your baby
❌ You have plenty of family support to come at any day or time
❌ You want to take a wait-and-see approach to how you are affected by postpartum

If you are between 0-4 months postpartum already and would like to purchase hourly care, you can purchase 4-hour blocks of care for $40/hr.
