Ready to submit your motherhood to God?
You were never meant to white-knuckle motherhood by yourself. God designed us for a relationship with him and for community—and you deserve a space where you can be honest about the hard parts, be heard without judgment, and get practical, faith-centered support from women walking through the same season.
Postpartum with Purpose is a 6-week, step-by-step community for moms in the thick of postpartum who want real connection, real tools, and Christ at the center of their healing and growth—with expert guidance from a postpartum doula and mom of two.
Does any of this feel a little too familiar?
✔️ You’re exhausted and running on fumes, trying to figure out sleep, routines, work, feeding, and your sanity… and wondering why something still feels off inside—even though you’re praying, trying to trust God, and still feeling overwhelmed.
✔️ You keep thinking, “I should be more grateful… I should have stronger faith,” while quietly googling symptoms at 2 a.m. because the intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or sadness don’t match the mom—or the Christian—you thought you’d be.
✔️ You love your baby deeply—but you don’t quite feel like yourself anymore. Your relationships feel strained, your confidence is shaky, and your quiet time with the Lord feels rushed, distracted, or nonexistent… and you’re wondering if you’ve done something wrong.
✔️ You care about doing motherhood well. You want to honor God in this season. But comparison, self-doubt, and the pressure to be a “good mom” keep whispering lies about your worth, your competence, and your calling.
✔️ You miss feeling close to Christ. You want to hear truth louder than the noise in your head—but you need guidance, community, and practical steps that help your faith meet real-life postpartum struggles.
Friend, you are not broken—and you are not meant to figure this out alone.

What Other Moms Had to Say About Coming to my In-Person Support Group & Events….
(This is the vibe we are going to create online)
The second time going [to group], I was feeling overwhelmed and sad and wasn't going to go, but I did. And I'm glad I did. I didn't know this is what I needed. What exactly did I need? Connection and meaningful conversation with other mamas who just get it, without having to explain or go into detail. And this is what it's all about: a community of mamas who just get it. -Karina
Support group is such a good time to chat about all the hard things in motherhood. I left feeling so seen & a bit lighter. I loved bouncing ideas off each other as we answered all the different questions.
-Macie
I'm the first in my friend group to have a baby, so finding others to connect with through motherhood was a must for me! The topics of support group were easy to discuss & I learned so much from others!

If this resonates, the community is FOR YOU
✔️ You’re trying to “do motherhood well,” but you’re exhausted, stretched thin, and unsure how to balance your baby, your relationships, your work, and your own needs.
✔️ You long to put God at the center of your postpartum journey, but you need help reconnecting with Him in the middle of diapers, dishes, and 2 a.m. wake-ups.
✔️ You want practical, step-by-step tools—not vague advice—to help with sleep, routines, mental health, body changes, relationships, and your walk with Christ.
✔️ You’re ready to be honest, be supported, and take small, meaningful steps toward healing—with Scripture, evidence-based education, and prayer guiding the way.
If this is more your vibe, we probably won’t jive.
✖️ You’re looking for quick-fix hacks without doing any reflection, prayer, or practical follow-through.
✖️ You don’t want faith to be part of the conversation (Christ will be at the center of everything we do here).
✖️ You’re not open to honest conversation, encouragement, and gentle accountability from other moms.
✖️ You’re not in the postpartum season or don’t feel ready to work on your own healing yet—and that’s okay. This space will be here when you are.
Friend, if you’re reading this with tears in your eyes thinking, “This sounds like me,” you are exactly who Postpartum with Purpose was created for.
You don’t have to figure this out alone anymore. 💛
I’ve always been your classic Type-A checklist girl—the one with color-coded planners, backup plans, and snacks packed three days in advance. Structure was my comfort zone. Control was my coping strategy.
Just a few weeks postpartum with my first baby, I was unraveling. I was comparing milestones, crying through nursing sessions that weren’t working, Googling symptoms at 2 a.m., and wondering why I felt so anxious and lost when everyone kept saying this was supposed to be the happiest time of my life. I loved my baby deeply—but I didn’t feel like myself, and I didn’t feel close to God the way I used to. And the hardest part? I felt alone in a room full of people who loved me.
I searched everywhere for help—counselors, books, honest conversations, anything that could help me explain to my husband what was going on inside my head. But most of the support I needed didn’t exist in one place. No one was talking about postpartum in a way that cared for a mom’s sleep, mental health, relationships, identity, and faith all together.
So nearly eight years (and two babies) later, I created what I wish I’d had: Postpartum with Purpose. As a postpartum doula and as a mom who’s cried on the nursery floor at 3 a.m.—I now help postpartum moms prepare for and walk through postpartum with real tools, honest conversation, and Christ at the center of it all.
My heart is simple: I want you to know you are not broken, you are not failing, and you are not alone. With practical support, compassionate community, and God’s truth guiding the way, you can move through postpartum feeling steady, seen, and deeply held.
You’re not losing yourself in motherhood.
You’re being rebuilt with purpose. 💛
